Jason PetroPresident/CEO

Jason Petro graduated from the University of Florida in 2001 with Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. Jason has spent much of his professional career designing RF communications systems and precision geo-location systems used in Military applications. Over his career, Jason has gained extensive expertise in areas ranging from Program Management, Systems Engineering, RF and Analog Circuit Design, High Speed Digital Design, FPGA Design and Signal Processing.

Jason has also been awarded a Non-Provisional Patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Jason came up with the idea/concept, designed and built a prototype, and wrote the patent for the ˜Small Signal Identification Device˜ design.

Richard MaxwellVP Product Development

Richard brings exceptional leadership and considerable experience in innovation and product development that he has gained in nearly 18 years in the DoD industry. Richard is responsible for the overall Project Management and Engineering. Most recently Richard was with Harris Corp in the position of Project Engineer with their Propriety division where he has worked on some of their most advanced projects. Prior to that, he spent 5 years at DRS Soneticom as a Program Manager. He spent the early part of his career working at various DoD contractors including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, L3, and Honeywell.

Richard has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). He continues to be actively involved with his alma mater.
